The people at this church are very welcoming and inclusive. There are a number of great programs such as the covenant groups, womans group, and activities. Most of all, the sermons are inspiring. The minister (Tom) goe s to great lengths to make sure that what he says is clear and organized so that I can easily understand his points and think about what he has said throughout the week. My mother has lived here almost 20 years and she loves it. Great location and well managed. Like any apartment complex, you dont have 100% compatible neighbors but the problems have been very few and not long term. Highl y recommended and i believe there is always a waiting list. more ... hide ...

The manager doesnt welcome and talk to all residents equally. We are friendly neighbors and we talk our concerns to each other she discriminates certain people and some of those people moved out because of her critic ism. Requested Maintenance job never done on time or forever because she teamed up with Nick maintenance guy instead of being of his manager Sometimes office is close or shes smoking outside and ignores you while you waiting her infront of the office. She increases the rent every yearly. Theres no swimming pool, playground area is wet, dirty and moldy always. She locked the fitness room at and she hides the owners contact information. I had applied for this place in 2017 and at that time I was suppose to have been number 7 for a 3bdr. I was calling,emailing,leaving messages,etc with no response to any of my attempts. Then in 2020 I get in touch with someone only to be told that I lost the apartment because I didnt respond to a letter they supposely sent me in 2018. I didnt move to another place until 2019. In which i left phone number and my new address plus I was still reaching out to them with no reply back smh. So the lady at the office said I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU....JUST FILL OUT ANOTHER APPLICATION!!! So guess what I did fill out another one last year and now Im dealing with the same mess as before. She wont answer the phone so I can bring the application back and she still not returning any phone calls or emails. They need someone with a better attitude in the office because she not it. Are they saving apartments for people they know or what? Watever process she following is shutting a lot of people out when they should be in already. more ... hide ...
