Ive lived her for 4 years and it is my time to GO they ate TERIBLE! to touch SOME issues, 1 the maintenance team is garbage. Ive got texts from a year ago and everything in the text has still yet to be fixed. My washer broke a couple months back and they refuse to replace it said I need a pest service first but when it was scheduled Noone came and it shouldnt effect you getting this broken washe that I pay extra for it uadmt worked I want a refund. My dryer hasnt worked in a year. My stove handle is broken.. ceilings leaked and so much water damage there is mold they never fixed it .all they want to do is raise rent and not do anything imleaving and cant wait Id never recommend this place to anyone more ... hide ...

My mom lives in the neighborhood its very upsetting on the amount of restrictions. Cant keep your car in the driveway if you dont have a pass or else you will get your car towed. You only get one guest pass. Anytime someone comes over we are constantly looking outside to make sure they have take any cars. No one wants to come over from being scared of getting charged 200+. Oh and if you loose your pass its 200. Tow truck will literally move a car to get to another car they do not care whatsoever. They are always sending letters saying we have to do this and that and I understand you want everything to be clean but Ive seen so many trailers in the neighborhood where they have so much trash outside. We had our dog bowls outside they said we needed to get rid of them or else they would for $100. Theyre all about money. If you dont do what they say they charge you for literally everything. There are so many people who have called to complain and they still dont do anything I really dont know why they havent done anything about it. I bet if people had other choices they would not live in this neighborhood. more ... hide ...
