I have lived out here for 15 years. The last manager has allowed this property to become run down. Thankfully she is no longer there and hopefully we get someone who wants to make improvements to the property and who tre ats residents with respect. The awnings needs power washing to remove the mold build up. This used to be done annually. We used to get mulch seasonally along with tree trimming. This has also fell out. Miyosi and Michelle are very helpful, friendly and care about the residents. Hopefully corporate gets someone in with the same mindset. Who treats residents as residents and not place silly rules such as keep your porch light on every night or youll get a $50 fine. All in all I have been out here many years and as long as the manager is good the property will improve. The apartment units are nice units and still one of the affordable complexes in the area. more ... hide ...

Your more on your own, the only thing is that the staff won`t allow you to cook or use you own crackpot because they fear you might burn down the place, or cause an accident by burning your food, even if you have lived o n your own before. that`s the only thing. but they do some other activities too. more ... hide ...
