The staff here is amazing I cant say it enough. They alone at the the experience of living here. One staff Junior went above and beyond the call off duty to help me find a misplaced. Package on his lunch break at tha t. Give this guy a raise for me. And the property manager Sada and right hand man Randy made it a smooth day of assisting with tool to get around the building and know what is what. The maintenance men are theives and go in the tenants apartment when they are not home and still items and will stage a break-in to make it look like someone broke into the apartment. This stuff has been reported to the office but the property manager fails to listen to the tenants. There have been numerous reports of money coming up missing out of the tenants apartment. The building is in horrible condition and nothing ever gets fixed because the maintenance man are too busy going in the Residence Apartments and stealing their items and also theres been several of sightings of the maintenance guy with the dreads coming here in the middle of the night but not doing any work more ... hide ...

Worst apartment building ever! It takes them weeks to respond to maintenance requests. Redwood apartment is rat, flea and bed bug infested because they allow multiple dogs in each apartment. Almost every apartment has 2- 3 dogs or cats. When you try to tell management about it they dont respond. The only way they try to fix anything is when you stop paying rent and take them to court and put their money in escrow. They do not care about their tenants they only want your money. Please beware of these shady characters.Follow up response to redwood response...It is an insult to undermine someone and tell them they have the wrong apartments as if you guys dont know you are flea infested! You guys still arent taking accountability and thats the biggest issue Ive had with you all. Its one thing to inconvenience someones life by being slumlords and not taking care of your responsibilities, but its a slap in the face to never even get an apology or compensation.
