its sad when you have a 10 year old thats scared to close his eyes at night because of a fire. especially when we had two fires next to us in less than one year apart. now what makes it worst is the management allows the re employees to smoke inside the apartment when there cleaning the apartment for renting. I have witness this on multiple times. we will not be signing another lease at blue spruce. it is not safe when you have smoking going on while im sleeping. more ... hide ...

MOST TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. HAVE ONLY LIVED HERE 3 WEEKS AND HAVE REGRETTED IT SINCE THE FIRST WEEK. THE OFFICE STAFF ARE JUST PLAIN RUDE. MAINTENANCE TAKES DAYS FOR IMPORTANT ISSUES.
