I lived at Wildridge for a year and a half and I loved it. The place is safe and quiet. They have a great management team and they are constantly hosting activities involving the whole community. The only complaint I wou ld have is them not having an online service for rent payment. I will be moving back to Colorado during the summer and this is the first place I will be calling. more ... hide ...

Ive been trying to put my 30 day notice in for 14 days now, I am PREGNANT and need to move out. They have been unresponsive to emails and 90% of the time calls get pushed to an automated system. It was fine when Arielle worked there and got responses quickly, I dont understand why they have no sense of urgency. Paying over $1500 for a one bedroom to look at peoples dumped furniture and it never being picked up is also another frustration. I pay $25 a month for Valet trash that Ive never used and another $10 a month for regular trash and things cant be taken away? Highly suggest that any future tenant should look elsewhere before deciding to live here...I do not have the time to keep calling and asking for required documents as I work long hours.
