Ive lived here a year and a half and I cant say I have issues with my apartment because I keep up with it and dont require maintenance for much. The apartment inside is nice and I just keep to myself. The reason for my rating is because the woman in the office Carissa is not the friendliest or most helpful. Her tone of voice and snappiness when answering your questions is unprofessional. She has always made me feel like she is annoyed having to do her job so I just started responding the same way but its not liked on her end. Also, almost every-time I call the office it always has a voice recording saying they are closed when I was under the impression its Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. more ... hide ...

Black mold and wont give my mom a down stairs apt that is medically needed so when she comes home Mon how she getting upstairs if she cant walk... And how she going to get down the stairs? I guess the manager is going to carry her down and up the stairs. And she has had a Dr call for her and three months ago her primary Dr requested it as well on paper but still nothing while downstairs there is a single man in a two bed that doesnt need a handicap ramp. more ... hide ...
