My cousin lives there . Manager is confrontational to her and other elderly people. Constantly threatening to kick them out for little or no reason. Manager charges 100.00 cash and more sometimes for extra parking permit for us to have a second parking spot. for family and friends to visit overnite.She is not suppose to be a charge for 2nd permit. She is pocketing from the tenant for the parking passes. Most residents get food from Corpus Christi Food Bank. She cancelled it in December. Manager did so residents would not have their monthly food bank donation. She did allow Food Bank to return in Jan. 2016. The recreational room aka The Club House in December was renting out to outsiders for private parties. Manager collected the cash. No outside parties are allowed. This female manager feels like she is GOD over every tenant. She treats everyone ugly. 8-10 people have keys to the office, so they can go into building to watch cable tv. These are her favorites. This place needs to be investigated by CC housing authority and Federal govt. who pays the majority of these disabled people. They pay a portion according to income. So sad one manager has so much control . SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED. The company who owns the building is out of Houston, Texas. The are slum lords. more ... hide ...

You will never find parking. Literally. Unless you pay for it. And if you dont theyll tow your car. That happened to me today. I get from work around 7:30 pm and theres literally no parking spot available any where near where I live. So I parked under a carport and I get a notice saying my car was gonna be towed. Oh well, since there was literally no parking around we ended up getting the car towed. Which fine we will pay for it but the parking situation is ridiculous. Also, if at the end of the lease you decide to do a month to month lease agreement, youll be charged $300 extra per month. Yes $300. You could get a way better looking apartment for that price. Also, the Gates are always broken. Manager is not the nicest person to talk to. more ... hide ...

I have seen their apartments they are really nice but even though their website mentions that they accept section 8, I have asked numerous of times to management if they do and I have been repeatedly told that they dont, I wouldnt want to be bug and keep Asking. I live at Seabreeze ,have lived there for approximately 8 years, in the 8 years Ive had false statements and accusations put in my file that I have went to them and provided proof that the it was false, but they tell me they cant remove anything from my file even if it isnt true,now Ive received an eviction notice ,given 10 days to move,have been trying to call all day to find out why ,no one is answering phone, my rent is paid ,I paid my rent October 3rd gave it to the assistant manager, the apartments are very nice ,but to receive an eviction notice on October 4th ,there is something wrong with that picture, I dont know if its because Im black or what but I have proof also my rent is paid, waiting now to see what their reasoning is. more ... hide ...
