I am searching for nice, convenient apartments in my area and I was attracted to these because of how quite it looks and no one hangs out during the day or at night. Looks can be deceiving. Dont be fooled! I have been tr ying to get in contact with someone at that office for the last month. They NEVER answer the phone and NO ONE is ever in the office. Every time I go there, there is another person working there and they never seem to know what is going on. There has been a line of people waiting outside the leasing office waiting on the manager to pull up. They put theyll be back at a certain time but come back 2-3 hours later. A new tentant just moved in and needed her oven fixed, she could never get in contact with the office to turn in her checklist and she moved in the beginning of the month and here it is 3 weeks later. The one they have helping out is very RUDE and unprofessional. She didnt even apologize for taking hours getting back and she saw the line of people waiting to get in the office to speak to someone. I could go on and on.... But I would not recommend these apartments to anyone just for this experience I had and I havent even signed the lease to move in yet. This was a major WARNING SIGN. I just asked for my deposit back and is now looking for another place to live. Try calling and see if you get an answer or even go up there to see if they have someone consistently there to help you. There has been a new management company each year for the last three years. They only care about buying and reselling once they realize how terrible this property is. No maintenance in years. No budget to even change the most basic toilet need. The current leasing staff is as useless as the previous. The management guy (Roger) seems to be the only one that cares but he has no budget. Pics were taken in the last few weeks. The AC vents are covered in mold. This place should be condemned by the city! There are feral cats everywhere. One cat climbed up to die in a friends car engine - true story.Answer to owner. The pool pic was taken within a month of my post. Yes. The pool was cleaned but it remains locked to prevent it from getting dirty? And the metadata pic is from when I took the original dirty pool pic. And yes, the day after my review you guys went ahead and had the one man clean the entire property. Why dont you instead hire someone else additional so you can maintain your property ALL the time. Apparently you got ding by the city for not having proper handicap parking. Is that what it takes for you to find money and maintain the inside of the apartments? The management team always has a good excuse to not spend money to fix things cause obviously thats what you Owner told them. We had to remove the AC vents because the mold growth was excessive. Management said that was not an emergency. Mold inside a unit is code violation and its an emergency. Ever since we removed the vents we stopped having allergy problems, itchy eyes, sore throat, stuffy nose. Do we have to reach to the city to have you clean and maintain all the HVAC vents? Going to the management office doesnt fix anything cause you have not empower them to do anything!! more ... hide ...
