I am a very happy resident of Carpenters Point Senior Living Apartments.Carpenters has a wonderful and caring staff, ranging from Tess, Celeste, Bertha, Larry, and Casey.Manager, Assistant Manager, Events Coordinator, an d maintenance Engineers, respectively.The Staff is concerned, and cares about the Residents as family members.The Staff not only cares about our rental needs and living conditions, but they care about our personal needs, and the cares of life that affect us. Nicely updated interior within the apartment, good value for the location. But management negates all of the good. Completely unresponsive to emails and calls. Maintenance is hard to get a hold of and doesnt fix thin gs properly. The soundproofing between apartments is basically nonexistent. If you live on the first floor, you will be able to hear everything your upstairs neighbors do. I would avoid this property at all cost. more ... hide ...

The apartments itself are decent and the price is cool but there are several issues that I have to address.1. I have been living here 6 weeks and still have not received a mailbox key. I instead have been told to have my mail rerouted to a PO box until they decide to fix the issue. (was told this after signing the lease)2. The office is never open. I have several videos of the office being closed when it should be opened during business hours.3. When I put in a maintenance request it takes at least a week to be handled. It took 3 weeks for my move-in issues to be fixed.4. I was told there is a 24 laundry facility before moving in, but after moving here residents only have access until 5 Monday-Friday (what sense does that make when people literally work) and Saturday BUT the office has not been open one Saturday since I have moved in.Ms. Katrina has almost been harassing me saying she is doing her \"job\" when she feels like I have unauthorized occupants but she obviously is not worried about the bigger problems on the property. She comes running if she sees someone visiting my home but I literally see all my neighbors doing this and I have video evidence. (I wish the same energy was had for maintenance request, getting me a mailbox key, etc.) She claims they are very busy but when I moved in the apartments were not filled at all. If thats the case, capstone needs to hire more people on property. I can remove unwanted people from the property but will the Harrison be fixing any of these issues anytime soon? more ... hide ...
