Terrible apartment complex!!! I lived there for years and moved out in Feb 2017. I left the apartment in a remarkable condition and took pictures of everything when I moved out. Unfortunately, the month before I moved th e apartment complex went under new management. After I moved I called several times asking about my information being submitted through the proper channels so that I could obtain my deposit back. I never received my deposit. It is now June almost July 2017 and every time I call the new number the apartment complex had all I get is a busy signal. I have also not been contacted. The number associated with the complex when googled is an old number as well. As far as the apartments go. They are absolutely terrible. Young children are out past midnight fighting and such. High volume of crime and strong drug interaction take place within this community. Please be safe if you end up having to live at this apartment complex. Also, Maintenance staff are incredibly disrespectful and do not knock or give prior knowledge that they will entering into your premises. more ... hide ...

Do not move here, the management charge you for maintenance and are very rude,unskilled and incompetent Maria Torres and Brenda Sanders do not know how to treat their tenants. The only thing they keep up is the grass,eve rything else looks bad. This is not the place for you, you will hear gun fire alot. If your toilet get stopped up or if someone else toilet gets clogged they charge you for that. They display your private information on the front of your door. They do not respect you as a tenant and put you down because you stay in a low income based apartment. They changed the name to Mirasol like that will make these apartments any better. more ... hide ...
