Ive been living in my apartment for a year now and its been a very happy experience! The staff has been extremely helpful all the times Ive needed it, and our maintenance requests were always dealt with same day. We didn t have the power issues others had, and the one time there was an issue, Norwood was very quick to respond and have it fixed. Overall its been a great first apartment for my husband and I, and the rent is completely reasonable compared to other places in the area. It was also completely spotless and obviously professionally cleaned before we moved in. The only less than optimal experiences we had were with neighbours who smoked. There is quite a draft that comes in our front door when it is closed so our apartment would often smell as both neighbours on our floor smoked. We did try to figure out a way to fix the narrow gap between the door and the frame, but unfortunately we had to just settle on air fresheners. The pool also requires life guards so it was often closed at times when it couldnt be properly staffed which is something to keep in mind. I highly recommend considering these apartments, its clear the staff/landlord care about giving residents a positive experience and the service weve received has been better than any other place Ive rented from before! more ... hide ...
