Whenever I've requested help, the staff has been very helpful, and our maintenance requests have always been taken care of on the same day. We have not experienced any power issues like other tenants, and when there was an issue, Norwood was quick to take action and repair it. My husband and I have really enjoyed our first rental apartment, and the rent is quite reasonable compared to other places in the area. We also found it to be absolutely clean and spotless, looking like it had been professionally cleaned previously. The only downside was our neighbours who smoke; the draft coming through our front door caused the apartment to smell of smoke. We attempted to block the gap between the door and frame, but in the end, we had to make do with air fresheners. Additionally, the pool requires lifeguards, so it is sometimes closed due to a lack of staffing. I highly recommend these apartments; the staff/landlord clearly value the residents' experience, and the service we have received is better than any other place I have rented before.more ...hide ...
