Apparently over-qualifying is a problem with them. Any apartment complex Ive rented at before always wants to ensure you can keep up with rent payments and when my brother and I applied here they were completely aware of what we were making, encouraged us to make sure we put down all income sources, even asked if we make under $5000 a month for a program in case we didnt make enough, never had any hint that you can \"over qualify\" to rent an apartment and never once said anything about making \"too much money\" to get an apartment when times are tough and finding a place is ridiculous at this moment. I have really enjoyed my time here overall. We have been here quite a while, my family and I. Maintenance is very responsive and on top of requests. Wendy in the front office has been very fair and very sweet over the co urse of our stay here. She always makes sure everyone is taken care of. I would recommend Gallatin Park apartments for anyone in search of apartment living. This is definitely one of the better places that I have resided in when it comes to apartments. The grounds are well taken care of and everyone seems to take care about their living spaces well. one thing I would change would be to add a coat closet off of the living room.
