Ive lived here 4 years. For the last 2 days, I have asked for help on my pro rated amount for October. Today. Shwanna closed the office at 3pm. Shwanna wouldnt let me explain, always interrupting, and didnt understand math. The Regional manager interrupted me constantly, and then hung up on me. Apartment complex is nice. I never had any issues until I had black mold growing in my apartment that got me extremely sick. I told management and all they offered was to clean the mold, put a dehumidifier in the apt and see if it came back AFTER I told them the mold put me in the hospital. They never offered me another unit nor returned my calls. I had to keep calling to get updated on my apartment as they didnt consider this an emergency. They claimed to had removed all the mold in my apartment but when I went back, there was mold in every window seal that had not been cleaned. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I had to move out of my apartment while sick with nowhere to go. Not only was the mold in my apartment, as I walked past my neighbors, I saw mold growing on their blinds from outside. The apartments are older and have no good air circulation. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. more ... hide ...
