I was told to look here when I moved here from Ohio. NO THANK YOU! I looked at the area and knew not to stress myself with having to move in a year. The upkeeps is terrible! I spoke with random people that were either ge tting into their vehicle or out of them. Several said dont do it. Management is the worse he has seen in all his life. Another said she been trying to get repairs for nearly a year. Another said complaining to management about drug activity or excessive noise is a waste of time because the lady in the office is nonchalant about whats reported to her. Shes NEVER in the office anyways. OK NRP. You guys have to do better. Its embarrassing to be told how nice a place is but u see totally different. more ... hide ...

The absolutely WORST place to live in greenville, If your under the age of 65. The landlord \"Debra\" makes the living conditions a living hell. Always treats people like their beneath her, never makes eye contact, never speaks to you. I hope you dont rent from this place because of the pool because. No more the 2 guest PERIOD. NOT EVEN IF ITS YOUR DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY NO EXCEPTIONS. Its almost like jail. Your not allowed to be on the front porch. Only in the back. At 10 months I was told they werent going to renew my lease which was fine. But the problem came in when there was no explanation given. A year later I worked on a neighbors car that lives out there. And come to find out my lease wasnt renewed because of my boxtruck not having any logos , that I informed that I had before moving out there. Now how is I had to find out why my lease wasnt renewed from a RESIDENT instead of the landlord. Which now means she will tell your business to everyone but you. Now heres the kicker if you drive out there after 6-7 youll see a black boxtruck out there with no logos, the irony¤¦¤¦¤¦. So whats the difference its the same size as mine. Shes always staring at you but never speaks. I also buy, fix, assemble furniture so many times I would have to drive my truck to my front door and take boxes in and furniture out. If for any reason you dont believe me I have voice recordings of these interactions. Or just go in and speak with her youll see exactly what Im talking about.MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK.Ps Im not here to slander anybodys name. After Covid hit and everyone who got help with there rent they made move after your lease was up This company isnt great at all I hate to say it but they cheat you out of your deposit when its time to move clean all you want wont make a difference!
