They took my review down about roaches and bug in the apartment. Am writing another: Still a lot of roaches and bugs, the apartment is an old building, so the roaches are in the walls. No matter how clean you are. they c ome into the apartment between wall space and the floor,heater corners, kitchen holes, and some other places since is an old building. Pls dont use there exterminator or there chemical it multiples them. I used them for 4 months no difference. Once the roaches able to drink water or touch water the poison is ineffective so the exterminator says. Rubbish.The girl called brandy so rude. Am just writing this to save you from unnecessary headaches. Quite but worst place to live. I will not recommend this place for my enemy. more ... hide ...

If I could give a zero star I would. The new lady at the front desk is so disrespectful and catch an attitude for any little thing. I ask for someone in higher position number and she told me aint nobody higher than her other than god. I will try to get in contact with HR because the disrespect from her is getting out of control. more ... hide ...

Horrible experience. My daughter moved out of the complex in the beginning of August and we still havent received our security deposit back. Every time we call the woman, Jessica, promises we will get the money by th e end of the week. We are now in November and still havent received our deposit back. They received the rent on time every month and had no problem collecting, but cant issue our security back. When we ask to speak to the manager or whomever is in charge she refuses to give us any information. Our next step is to get lawyers involved and possibly the media. more ... hide ...
