I do love living here. Its mostly quiet and maintenance does a great job. That being said the cost to live here continues to go up and up and up, and we arent getting paid much more so its unaffordable. There do seem to be people here who have lived here for 20+ years so no way their rent is increasing like mine. Also, if the cost is going to continue to go up there should be upgrades done to the apt, carpet cleaned etc, but nothing like that is ever offered. more ... hide ...

Awesome staff! They assisted my friend 62 yr old disabled friend with getting into her subsidized apt within 3 weeks. They allow small pets for a one time fee and let you pay it off in installments.
