Its mostly quiet and maintenance does a great job. That being said the cost to live here continues to go up and up and up, and we arent getting paid much more so its unaffordable. They assisted my friend 62 yr old disabled friend with getting into her subsidized apt within 3 weeks. They allow small pets for a one time fee and let you pay it off in installments.
