Am rather surprised no one has written a review yet for this decent apartment complex. After having lived here for 2 years, am here to say that these apartments are better than most. Theyre for elderly and developmentall y disabled adults, a HUD low-income complex, and well maintained with friendly staff. Many residents have lived there for quite a number of years, a couple of them since the doors first opened in 1998. The director, Elly, has managed these apartments for many years, a decent and stable influence for the community. The common hallways CAN present a problem if some new resident doesnt respect the \"No Smoking in Apartments\" rule but its usually quickly resolved after most residents (non-smokers) see that Elly remains well informed. Am happy I spent a few years at Aspen Grove Apartments, still having friends here to this date. It CAN be snowy in Burns/Hines as well as way cold many winter days though they, too, will soon pass to overall nice summers.
