Am rather surprised no one has written a review yet for this decent apartment complex After having lived here for 2 years am here to say that these apartments are better than most Theyre for elderly and developmentally disabled adults a HUD lowincome Am rather surprised no one has written a review yet for this decent apartment complex After having lived here for 2 years am here to say that these apartments are better than most Theyre for elderly and developmentally disabled adults a HUD lowincome complex and well maintained with friendly staff Many residents have lived there for quite a number of years a couple of them since the doors first opened in 1998 The director Elly has managed these apartments for many years a decent and stable influence for the community The common hallways CAN present a problem if some new resident doesnt respect the No Smoking in Apartments rule but its usually quickly resolved after most residents nonsmokers see that Elly remains well informed Am happy I spent a few years at Aspen Grove Apartments still having friends here to this date It CAN be snowy in BurnsHines as well as way cold many winter days though they too will soon pass to overall nice summers Am including a couple of photos I captured after our Snowpocalypse several years back more ... hide ...
