Probably the worst ran apartment Ive ever lived in. They will try to evict you three days after ya rent due. But wont come and do repairs. I cant use my oven cause once its on it sends a electrical shock to my fridge. Asked them back in January to fix. Havent heard anything from them since. But as soon as you a few days late they wanna evict you. The ppl in the office customer service skills leaves much to be desired. All in all this is basically the worst apt complex in Houston. Ive stayed in hoods before but this takes the cake. They so focused on collecting rent. Dont even care how the actual units they selling look like or anything. more ... hide ...

Waiting 6 years and the landlord said that the called me and writing me two letters but I only received one so I told her that landlord said not they problem but its ok when God close one door he will open another I have a house no low income are housing base are hud so I thank God for what I have. Its the same I have a three bedroom home with yard and gate so I cant be upset only God no why I didnt get the low income townhouse o well so for that reason I give the Long Dr Townhouse a zero for lying and a 6 for pet friendly and a 2 for understanding no star for Long Dr Townhouse... If I could give them no stars, then I would. My mother leased unit 1909 here from 2015 to July 2016. They are formally known as \"The Gallery at Champions\" and thats who they were when she rented with them. My mother pa ssed away in her unit before her lease term was up. Their emergency maintenance line isnt reliable! The day we suspected that my mother had passed, and needed to conduct a well-fare check on her, maintenance took forever to even call us back. Luckily we had broken the downstairs window and was able to have her removed.Upon informing management of this tragedy, the property manager made an agreement that she didnt keep with my family. It was agreed that if we not only removed my mothers items from her unit, but also cleaned the unit, then shed give us my mothers security deposit. My family and I kept our end of the bargain and never received my moms deposit. Even after checking back with them periodically, we forever received the run around about her deposit.Theyve been under new management by a company called \"Karya Management\". They too havent cooperated with releasing my mothers deposit and the owner Swarpnil Agarwal is impossible to get in touch with. Please keep this in mind when considering leasing with them. And to anyone who they might also mess over, call the Houston apartment association and file a claim. Also be advised that you can file a small court claim and sue them for more than they owe you. more ... hide ...

Ive lived here for over 2 years. It has always been affordable. The apartments have been renovated inside and out. No roaches or other undesirable creatures. Our management team has been here a little over one year and t hey are best ever. Maintenance is on top of everything. Nothing stays broken over 1 day if parts are available. During the recent ice storm they delivered cases of water to each apartment. They care about their residents. No hanging out in the parking lot. Very clean grounds.
