This place has really gone way down from what it once was. I have a good friend who lives here. First the catalytic converter was STOLEN from her truck, that was parked in the front lot. After she had it repaired the wh ole truck got STOLEN!! Several people who live here have had their cars stolen. They need night security to protect their property . They have had problems with BED BUGS. The front office workers are less than helpful to the tenants, and so so rude! I wish the building management would take time to look into all the issues and make things right. This is really not okay. The last time I was there, a man was working on his vehicle and just unnecessarily shouting profanity ¤¬¤¬and making a spectacle of himself.The secure doors just randomly opened without anyone coming in or going out ¤PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU LIVE HERE more ... hide ...

My mother lived in Old Oak Tree for 3 years the manager was nice at first. Then she was very mean to me and my mother after a few months. Mother at this time had friends that she did not want to move to another place. Af ter three years my mother had to be moved to a full care center. The manager would not return her deposit. when we started moving her out we found mold along the a/c and heating ducts. The apartment was clean when we moved her out. One time when she was living at Olde Oak Tree I had to move most all her things out because her apartment got infested with bed bugs from another apartment. I also had to throw away a lot of her personal things. This is not a good place for your elderly parents. I have a lot of stories about the manager and the way she treated people including the maintenance man that was a life long friend that passed away because of things to do with the manager. Horrible customer service from the ladies checking identification at the desk. I have been visiting relatives here for 5 years. They all know me but because I have a paper Id and not the plastic one i an unable to get i n to help or visit my relatives although they know me and I am no way of a threat.
