Where do I start? Oh ya! I wish I could give 0 stars but sadly I cant. Do not move here! From day one had no heat or air. It took them until after thanksgiving to fix it. I moved into the apartment March 26th 2021. T hey wouldnt let me get my keys because they had to replace the carpet. It was not even washed or replaced. There was stains in the carpet from the previous tenants. I noticed my slider door was clear but the non moving one was clouded. They failed to mention that I was in the apartment that caused the shoot outs the year before. My dishwasher never worked since day one. My apartment was musty smelling when I moved in. There was a few bullets in my walls from the previous tenants that caused the shoot outs the year prior. My kitchen water faucet was cemented on under the sink, so when my faucet split in half, I couldnt turn it off. In my lease it says Im suppose to pay 730 a month plus what they didnt included. So explain why I got charged 760+ and still had to pay what wasnt included. They changed the rules for everything every other week. Trying to get things fixed was a joke. They would tell you to put in a work order and you would do so but never hear back from them. They steal money but fail to properly fix things and let things get horrible to the point of no fix. There is so many other places that are better then here. But please avoid this place as much as possible! They steal and scam and never do anything correct! more ... hide ...
