Moving out soon. I would have given this place one more star if my house hadnt been broken into after one month of residency. Also just over the weekend, my kids bikes were stolen. Call it bad luck but its goi ng on 3 years since Ive moved out here. Quiet neighborhood. Maintenance is good about fixing things right away. Lots of rules so pay close attention to your lease. I received a lease violation when my son didnt put the trash inside the trash, but right next to it. He couldnt open the top. So, stuff like that. Walls are thin. No towing for guests so thats cool. Ive put in my 30 days and so ready to move on! more ... hide ...

Was told to post my review on here! The portal doesnt post them to google but the landlord Alex is great and chill, he also is putting in more preventative measures to reduce crime. I have had to be very careful beca use my car got broken into. We also have people who try to scam tenants. Maintenance and Heather, and Alex do an excellent job running this complex as the security has gone up, and also maintenance did a very nice job fixing our AC! They responded fast. And I didnt have to sit in an 87 apartment anymore, and they have been so good to us. Nice place to live near stores, resturaunts, post office, bus stop, etc. more ... hide ...

The town homes are huge they have basements in upstairs its very nice size kitchen a front door in the back door they have a swimming pool and basketball court and theyre still building additions on to the complex its a very nice place to live you know just stay to yourself and mind your own business you can get along with all your neighbors more ... hide ...

DO NOT move here! This WHOLE building is INFESTED with bed bugs! They will fix the symptom but NOT the cause. They will make you do a ton of work and spend a ton of money to prepare your apartment and then poison your ap artment with dangerous health damaging treatments that dont work because the ACTUAL cause of the bed bugs is that the bed bugs are in the INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE WALLS OF THE ENTIRE BUILDING. A reinfestation WILL occur but the residents will not tell the office because of the amount of work and poisons they have to endure. Skyrise is KNOWN for having this issue, they were condemned before by the health department for this very issue, and it still continues. The health department needs to condemn the building again and KEEP it condemned until they treat the infrastructure CORRECTLY! more ... hide ...
