Was told to post my review on here The portal doesnt post them to google but the landlord Alex is great and chill he also is putting in more preventative measures to reduce crime I have had to be very careful because my car got broken into We also ha Was told to post my review on here The portal doesnt post them to google but the landlord Alex is great and chill he also is putting in more preventative measures to reduce crime I have had to be very careful because my car got broken into We also have people who try to scam tenants Maintenance and Heather and Alex do an excellent job running this complex as the security has gone up and also maintenance did a very nice job fixing our AC They responded fast And I didnt have to sit in an 87 apartment anymore and they have been so good to us Nice place to live near stores resturaunts post office bus stop etc more ... hide ...

From the day of our lease signing, we have been dealing with nothing but issues. The assistant manager had previously stated that we would only have to pay the first month's rent and security deposit (as stated in the lease agreement). However, the property manager attempted to have us pay for two months rent and the security deposit (a total of almost three grand). Additionally, they do not possess any maintenance personnel who are able to fix anything. Twice, our property sustained water damage due to the fact that they do not place splash blocks outside of the building. Furthermore, the children living there are unmanageable. They are constantly running into the driveway, where you are only allowed to drive at three mph. Not to mention, the noise is unbearable. Over the span of seven months, I provided video evidence of our quiet enjoyment being infringed upon. The property manager issued a lease violation, but that did not seem to have any effect. As a result, I had to contact the housing authority to resolve the issue. I will not be renewing my lease at this establishment, as there is no lease breaking clause.
