This is the most ghetto disgusting place a person could live!! The landlord is NO GOOD, she doesnt get anything fixed! It took them 1 month and a half just to fix my peep whole in my door. Then the neighbors are loud, an noying, and irritating! The building stinks , they have mice! One month a move was lying dead in the lobby for the whole months. Ewwwww! By the time I moved out roaches and nice where running around my apartment like they paid rent there. I could literally had the mice chewing through my wall. My door had an crack about 2-3 inches wide at the bottom where I could see roaches coming in and leaving my apartment. Took 3 weeks to fix my sink, said the bathroom fan was brand new but it fell one day right after I got off of the toilet and it was dirty as hell. I cant even give this sick place one ( but I have too) star I do not recommend moving here in any way more ... hide ...

The maintenance is awful disrespectful Ive lived there longer then hes .Own the place and since our landlord Ive been threatened to have light and water shut-off I was given fake evictions because I said I wasnt- paying rent until my oven was replaced because I was told mine needed replaced a new a year and a half earlier. Thats just my experience at the Avalon .But my experience was down right awful and I wouldnt. Waste any money reating did I mention I had bed bug infestion and cockroaches the entire sprayed one time and he did what he could sorry will see if it help if not Ill get exterminated never happen more ... hide ...

Columbus Park has roaches not only in apartments but in trash collection areas inside the building ... these elderly people are in a bad place and are being taken advantage of !! Now they are bringing in construction crews and subjecting the elderly to a high risk of coming into contact with covid !!! more ... hide ...
