My mother has lived here for years, now the entire place has bed bugs. She is now homeless, and has lost all her belongings as theyre infested with the filth from the other residents. They hid this from most of the other tenants. I have contacted the Alderman, Public Health, the City counsel, and Fox 6 news. My mother is still being forced to pay her rent while not able to live there. Now management states we need to physically go in and remove all her stuff. This place should be shut down. They have voided the Warranty of Habitability on all residents. They said they will \"spray her unit and my mother can purchase a special cover for her own bed on Amazon\". I have also contacted management and they Never call back, never answer. more ... hide ...

I have lived here almost 2 years and love it. Management is great and always in office during posted hours. Communication is good as they will leave things posted or have notices in your door. Halls, rec room, excerise r oom and even elevator are cleaned twice a week. I highly recommend 5th ave lofts to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Many residents have lived here 5 years and more so it cant be bad. Maintance man is a gem and always willing to help you. more ... hide ...

The owners & management take great care to insure all the tenants are listened to and comfortable. It is a lovely place to live with many accessible shopping choices nearby, and has a bus stop immediately to the east of the driveway opening, for those without their own mode of transportation.I am more than satisfied! more ... hide ...

I moved my Uncle into Celebre at the beginning of 2018. While he never made it through to 2019 for various health reasons I really wished he would have had more time here. I visited him every weekend and he loved the int eraction with staff and the various neighbors. They watched over him when a genuine concern for his personal happiness and safety which you dont see at many places. After he left he regretted not moving in sooner. Everyone was always super helpful and always quick to respond to any issues that we had. Pricing was straight forward and they helped me with paperwork and anything else that way needed. The building was well maintained and always clean. My Uncle loved the for choices and the daily activities that were provided to keep everyone occupied and busy meeting new people. We had a wonderful experience from Villa Rosa Apartments and the property manger, Joe Montemurro. We were treated respectfully, kindly, and fairly from start to finish. We found other apartments and property management companies difficult to deal with, but not with Villa Rosa. We were delightfully surprised!If we ever had a need - whether it be with our washer or garbage disposal - their maintenance team was their immediately and provided resolution right then and there.I would absolutely recommend Villa Rosa and team! more ... hide ...
