When we first moved in we had to write out any issues we saw with the apartment so we would not be charged for them. Our outlet was broken and when I asked them to come fix it, they tried to blame it on us and said it wa snt on our sheet. They called me a liar and would not listen to me while the maintenance guy made up whatever lie he felt like. Now we need them to fix something again and its such hassle, I would rather just fix it ourselves or deal with it. Maintenance doesnt listen or believe you when you tell them things. Then they complain about having to do it and try to charge you for everything. The girl on the phone is awful to deal with as well. She is always rude and angry. Got mad at us for not be home on a Wednesday afternoon so they could come in and fix something. We work, of course we wont always be home. And they wonder why theres so many bad reviews listed here and why people dont want to fix their stuff. They care more about profiting off of you then actually trying to. They really make me regret leasing here. If you move here, just hope that you never need anything fixed. There are many things wrong with this place and I wish I had read the other reviews more carefully before moving here. more ... hide ...

I loved living here by the lake. Just sad they upped my rent 150 and upped others by 50 who received state aid. You cant use the community room or the gym that they offer. The inside of the apartments are updated tho ugh. I loved mine. more ... hide ...

I lived here for 4 years. Its a nice apartment, with a lot of good features. The central air and the dish washer in the apartment was nice. If I ever had an issue I contacted the office and they always addressed it. I moved out because I was moving with my fianc©, otherwise I wouldve stayed. Office staff seems to change quite a bit but everyone has always been nice! If you are a good tenant and follow the rules and be respectful you wont have any problems! :) more ... hide ...
