HORRIBLE!! Two weeks now trying to get my antibiotic. Pharmacy calls says its there, I go to pick up and no they have nothing. Go home and call my doctor who assures me hes called it in and will look into it. Doctor call s the pharmacy himself and is told its ready for me to pick up. I go and low and behold they cant find it. Nor can they find the rx for the person before or after me. What actually goes on here? Awful service... more ... hide ...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY! After I busted my tail to fly to NY and put my mom in this facility, AFTER I made up a beautiful room for her to make her feel at home, AFTER contracts were signed, money was paid and m y mom was in for 2 full days they informed me she would not be allowed her car which she still drives. Then they lied to her and said they would re assess her in a week or 2 to decide if she could have her car but told me they would placate her with that story. They also advertise swimming and fishing in their polluted lake. They will cook your polluted catch. My mom is lactose intolerant and they continued to serve her cream soups, pizza etc and then made her wait for an alternative meal. The elevator and public phone had constant problems. The area outside the cafeteria smells like urine. There was a resident cat that roamed the cafeteria waiting for scraps at meal times. I paid a moving company to move my mom out after only 18 days and now I am out the $3200 non refundable community fee. I feel I was duped. Beware! Oh and last year a resident bludgeoned his room mate to death in his room! What a place! more ... hide ...

not great Im in here ob=ver 2and 1/2 months and still havent gotten my copy of lease and papers I signed , I need desparately for social security and am told that she hasnt gotten around to it . Ready to maake some phone call if I dont hear something today Going to cut my check but heartless How could it be in a senior disability place to have such callous person managing the place more ... hide ...
