We lived at this community for 3 years the experience was great quiet neighborhood close to stores the apartments are very affordable we had a 3 bedroom 2 bath the apartment was very spacious nicely renovated with washer and dryer which was a great bonus the leasing staff are awesome they answer any questions or concerns promptly maintenance is prompt on handling any repairs that need to be done overall its a nice community to live in would definitely recommend more ... hide ...

My mom has lived here for a year and its truly been a wonderful experience. The staff are so sarong and extremely patient. When they noticed my mom hadnt checked her mail in a couple days they gave her a call She was un der the weather but hadnt been able to get in touch with me The office called me to give me a heads up on the situation.The building is a bit dated, but the apartments are comfortable. Theres new owners and slowly things are getting updated.My mom has met some wonderful friends and the activities are fun.The exercise equipment is kept in good condition and the indoor pool has just been redone.The common areas are beautifully decorated as well. The main lobby has a piano, a puzzle area, a kitchenette area where some ladies gather a few times a week for cards and games.During the holidays many of the tenants gather to decorate the entire building!This is apartment living; if youve ever lived in an apartment youll understand not 100% of the tenants are going to be your cup of tea. However, so far from what I have seen, a good 95% are fun to be around. I check on my mom 3 times a week and the residents are all nice to visit with. more ... hide ...

Drive around the property and see empty units with garage bays wide open with what looks like discarded HVAC units thrown inside or the garage doors themselves broken and looking like theyve been driven into (probably by the previous occupants). I was told by management that there are plenty of units available, but none of them are ready for move-in (which i saw before I went into the office for myself when I drove through). I applied for a place in late January and Ive since been back and forth multiple times trying to find out the status of my application. The clubhouse is comfortable IF you can get in; doors always seem to be secured during business hours even before lunchtime. Calling wont guarantee an answer and the voicemail inbox has been full since December (which is when I started calling; dont know how long its been full before that). If someone DOES pickup, youll get a standard \"Lemme find out and Ill call you back\".....they wont.Management is currently taking applications for move-in, but what theyre not telling you is the property is for sale at the moment and the current administration is not in the least concerned with resolving tenant issues if it doesnt directly affect the sale of the property. This sale ALSO means prospective tenants will be on an extended hold because the Compliance office in charge of selection now will be relinquishing control. This probably means an entirely new application for those like myself who are still waiting to hear approval or denial for the first application. I read other reviews and have talked to current residents and my findings are conclusive: broken appliances and fixtures that stay that way, admins that dont seem to exist until rent is due, a parking policy that is easily explained but shoddy in effect while still somehow being strictly enforced.Theres always a trade-off for EVERYTHING in life; here you get a chance at affordable housing in a time of shortage and inflation, but you WILL sacrifice quality in terms of customer service and satisfaction....and I dont even live here yet. Whoever the new admin will be, I hope theyre of better caliber than whats currently in office. more ... hide ...
