I moved into CHS, Charles Senior Living June 3rd of 2019.Place was shown to me by prior Manager(Bob & Jan) Retired & movedout.Looked really nice!New Managers Sharon & after her Pam Lisotte. were really not good managers! I was lied on, Iied to, & Ostracized all thru their mangagement!My apartment was entered by other tenants! 3 that I can name! Multiple times! Sharon came in then realized I was home! Left my apartment door wide open!Lacked people skills. To Say the least.(Not saying Im a Saint)!My apartment (G-04) was flooded fromJune till October of 2019 badly!offered another, I declined.Finally got leak stopped mostly!I was overtaken by bugs!Black Mold was in my apartment!& all on East End of building!and Was confirmed by more than 5 long time different residents!Ruined everything I had! more ... hide ...

I absolutely love this place! Office Staff is kind and helpful. We have a Swimming Pool, Community Garden, Workout Center, Playground for those with with younger children. Washer and Dryers in our Unit. Its a great neigh borhood to walk yourself or your pet. YES! Pet Friendly Community. Spacious Units with easy to clean appliances. The paint is amazing! Clean well cared for affordable apartments. Maintenance is quick to respond. Many amenities. The only reason I gave Burke Plaza 4 stars is because of the heating/cooling system. Even though there are thermostats in every apartment, the tenant has NO control over the actual temperature. more ... hide ...

This place has a thief problem. Make sure you lock car doors at night because people try door handles. Also make sure you always track your packages because they will leave them outside and someone comes along and takes it. Also not too long ago some old ladys apartment was broken into. The management does nothing to help you. They say its your problem. They are more worried about you standing 6 feet back then trying to help you get your stolen package. more ... hide ...

I loved my apartment until the property manager position was taking over by Donna.. but the previous manager was stealing and mismanaging money. The apartment manager has a son that does drugs and will randomly come in y our place attempting to fix things that arent broke.. when your vehicle is not in the parking spot! Its a little suspect for me, after this incident all the locks were changed. I was evicted even though I paid rent on time continuously for 3 years due what Im unsure. Oh now theyve put me in collections and never applied my full deposit and I cant get anyone to send me an itemized statement.. theres also a lot of centerpointe people here.
