Nasty office staff inconsiderate and sneaky!! My mom recent passed it was a Friday and Friday night as Im sitting in her apartment I get a letter explaining moving out procedures it was slipped under her door that wa s ok but 1 they could if knocked 2 all must be planned with office and they are only open m-f. I only have 3 days off for bereavement and I planned on doing it this weekend so when I called Sunday for garbage can the lady was like you need to plan this!! Seriously if they knocked on door I would of told them my plans!! Then she accused me of jamming compactor to the point of telling me that If she can price it was me Im paying for it!! What a bunch of insensitive asses!! more ... hide ...

extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience at Hampton Gardens. the pictures are very misleading. the only thing updated in these apartments are the kitchens and bathrooms. every other area or the apartmen t is not remodeled. The bathroom paint was peeling, roaches, hair, etc was quickly and lazily painted over. My car got towed even though all parking rules were met. Towing ENTERED my car and took the resident parking sticker out of my window and towed my vehicle. I had to call police to settle the situation and found out that this is how they try to get people to pay them. Consistent maintenance issues with the bathroom. multiple break throughs in the area especially the parking lot! The laundry mats are OVERPRICED and cash box is always out of service. you end up just having to go somewhere else to complete laundry. These units are extremely overpriced. The property manager is not genuine at all. She constantly asked me for money even after insisting that I wouldnt. Please save your time and money and find somewhere else to live. Not safe for children either. Multiple complaints about the dog park and residents speeding in and out of the complex. Do not be fooled. I moved out at the end of my lease and was lied to about the need to keep my security deposit. (See attached photos) Prior to moving out, so took videos and pictures of how I left the place and Denisse lied and quickly rebutted her statement after I told her I had proof of how I left the unit. 0/10 would not recommend. 1800$ for these units are robbery. Good luck first time renters Im glad so didnt leave a review when I moved in! My experience was truly traumatizing. more ... hide ...

I would strongly urge anyone who has a family member residing in this development or interested in living here to think twice. I had an elderly(90+) family member reside here, it was unbearable and extremely disappointi ng how the management chose to handle her death. Although, I had been the contact person for my Aunt the entire time of her residency the Office Manager was difficult and unprofessional. She called the police 2x in the time of grief when there had been no disturbance. She alleged there was damage to the unit. However, I have a video that shows the condition of the apartment at the end. It was unfortunate that in the midst of Covid19 and the lack of general respect that anyone would give to a grieving family, this was not obtain from Willow Pond. more ... hide ...
