My experience at Hampton Gardens was extremely disappointing and dissatisfying; the pictures are highly deceiving. The only updated features of these apartments are the kitchens and bathrooms, with each other area of the unit not being remodeled. The paint in the bathroom was coming off, and it appeared that roaches, hair etc had been hastily painted over. My car got towed despite adhering to all parking regulations; someone entered my vehicle and removed my resident parking sticker before towing it away. I had to contact police in order to resolve this situation, as I discovered this is a method they use to get people to pay them. Constant maintenance issues with the bathroom were present, as well as break-ins in the area particularly in the parking lot! Additionally, the laundry mats have an outrageous price tag and their cash box is often out of service - making it necessary for one to go elsewhere for laundry needs. These units are excessively pricey; furthermore,the property manager is insincere always asking me for money even after declining her request numerous times. To save your time and money look elsewhere - it's also not safe for children due to dog park issues and residents speeding through complex areas! At lease end I moved out but was lied about keeping my security deposit; luckily I took videos/pictures prior so that I could prove how cleanly/neatly left my unit - which Denisse later denied until presented with evidence. Overall rating 0/10 would not recommend paying 1800$ for thesemore ...hide ...
