Apparently.... They only take you into consideration if you are involved with criminal activity according to these reviews. I was turned down because I have \"student loans\" on my credit report. Even after being told th ey would work with me and if need be, I could have a cosigner, but that option was NEVER given to me. Im an upstanding citizen, a single mom who works hard and puts bills and a roof over our head first! Getting turned down to move in here was a blessing in disguise. Management returned my call about a 1 br aptAnd told him I would be there at a certain timeAnd he told me not to be late. Ok. So I askedAbout the location, whats it located next toAnd he said 3950 monroeville blvd, I sai d yesBut whats it next to and he repeated the addressSo we get there there is no sign saying mgt officeSo I asked someone in the parking lot. Get into the office and hes flipping through applicationsFor 5 min. So he asked for ID and I say we haventFilled out an application. To talk to you I have to see your ID. So he tell us $950 a month for a 1br apt.$2000 for a security deposit and $250 if someone spends the night. Im leaving and he tell me they really dont take section 8. Asked who owns the property and he tells me to take a picture on the name outside.People beware of this place more ... hide ...
