Dont rent from here. The roaches alone is a good reason not to. Mold growing for months from a broken water heater leak. The maintenance crew was not as rude and unfriendly as the office staff. Expensive rent for che ap and badly done renovations. Maintenance cut a hole in my ceiling because a moldy water bubble was forming over my shower. They didnt repair it for the last 3 months of my lease. So every time I showered I had to look up at a hole in my ceiling with insulation and pipes. more ... hide ...

I dont like these apartments at all. I dont like how theyre are stray cats running around and no effort being made to get rid of them. I go to take out the trash and theres a cat. I go to my car theyr e are cats next to and under my car. I step outside my door and theyre CATS. It makes no since that I have to come to my home where I pay the bills and have to watch out for stray cats. I lived here almost a year and Im far from happy with the service of the leasing office and theyre lack of effort in getting rid of these stray animals. I also dont like how the maintenance man acts when hes in my apartment. He lingers around after he has finished his work and has done this multiple times. SHOOTING HERE!! February 2019!!! Renters beware. Northfield Ridge is not a place you want to live. They had a shooting and did nothing about it. They have never contacted the person that did the shooting nor evicted them . They also have felons living there with violent assault records so they dont check backgrounds. Police have been called multiple times and office does nothing. Someone very close to me was almost killed by a bullet entering her apartment while she sat on the couch and the office has done NOTHING! NOTHING! This place is the ghetto! Do not live here unless you want to be hit by a flying bullet and then have absolutely nothing done about it. more ... hide ...
