Tiffany is a horrible property manager who needs to be fired. I have been living over there for about four years now and shes been the property manager for the last year-and-a-half and I have never had anyone Nick pick o r harass me the way she has shes very unprofessional they tow peoples cars for no reason they have been through several maintenance men since I have lived at the complex they do not fix things the way they need to be fixed but have no problem trying to charge you for the things that they do half a** fix. the maintenance people are forever coming into your apartment whether youre home or not for no good reason their idea of an inspection is spraying bug spray all throughyour apartment I would not recommend moving into this complex at all until they get Tiffany out of the office. more ... hide ...

I moved into this apartment in May, and since then I have really enjoyed living here. Every problem I had was efficiently and quickly solved by the office, everyone has been very helpful, and the community itself feels v ery safe. The area is a little sketchy around it, but the actual complex is super nice, pretty adorable, and tucked away off the main road where it is quieter. There are a ton of nice amenities here, and the apartment I have at least is super nice and sleek.I really recommend this apartment. Compared to the other stuff in the area especially, this apartment is worth the slightly higher price for the quality and nice location. more ... hide ...

My mom has lived there for years. It is convenient to the St Clair center which offers endless activities for seniors, and downtown Murfreesboro. You have your apt and privacy yet there is emergency button in the apt of you need help and there is a 24 hour monitor. They lock the main entrance at night so not just anyone can come in, of course you have a little device to let yourself in and they allow a family member to purchase one as well. Im always seeing home health workers come and go through there and you can arrange for transportation to and from Dr appointments. Ive always found the office staff friendly and helpful, especially Brenda. Their maintenance team are awesome, Tammy can do anything and she is a very friendly person. There are a variety of groups that come there and play their music, church events. Well I could go on and on. I am there every day usually and I honestly cannot come up with anything that I dont like about the place. Well, I kind of wish there was additional lighting in the front parking area but its adequate. I feel safe having my mom there and more importantly, she has always felt safe. more ... hide ...
