I never knew that there were people still in the world especially in apartments,like this one woman (Ms.YURI). My first time meeting her was after applying for a townhome,where shes the manager. The caliber of the wo man she is.words couldnt even explain this beautiful person on the inside and out. She goes the extra mile,even above her job description,although she has her own family to take care of as well. I truly didnt think that they had people,especially in this business that actually still cared about other people and actually means it. I just want to say Thank You Ms. YURI,for giving my family a place to even just be content and safer,with everything going on in this world today and after going through so much lately. You are a phenomenal person Not just a woman and we thank you and appreciate you and Terrace Park family so much thank you and God bless you and your family. I finally feel safe enough and content,to want to actually start decorating our home. I havent felt this way in over 7 long years. Property manager does not always answer the phone and shes slow to have things in your apartment fixed. The pool hasnt opened in the past THREE years. They make you pay FULL rent but do not offer full amenities. Maintenance is almost nonexistent. New guy who does nothing every month. Trash overflows regularly. Its like they are trying to make all the black people leave. They are fixing up apartments but not taking applications (at least not to black people) because I see new white people moving in regularly. Every summer we have to hear the children play in the pool at the complex next door while our children and grandchildren are hot. Something needs to be done. more ... hide ...
