The worst apartments i ever lived in. They dont fix anything. When i moved in there was no new carpet or painting due to the fact that the apartment i was supposed to move in had water damage. My hot water heater was not suitable which made my bill go up to 500 living in a 2 bedroom. I was overcharged in rent for 3yrs. I ended up having to call codes and they only gave me a credit of $150. They also lied stating that you had to pay full month of rent when moving out and would receive money back with deposit lol. These apartments are old i knw 5 people who had bed bugs and they never fix anything......i would advise you to RUN! more ... hide ...

My relative moved in recently and I assisted her the entire time while working with management at Paddock at Grandview. Our experience was very positive. I need clear, straightforward communication when taking care of se rious business like housing so I found Ms. Karen and Nick to be thorough and professional. Any apartment complex is only as good as the Tenants make it. Too often, the Tenants ALLOW unruly men and teenagers to ruin these kind of complexes that are meant to assist them to get ahead. Paddock at Grandview can remain a very nice affordable housing complex for many years if each Tenant will abide by the terms of their lease and follow this advice:She watches over the activity of her household, And the bread of laziness she does not eat. ~Proverbs 31:27 more ... hide ...

They never answer, their will say you need to make an appointment, but never answer, the oven door literally came off and we been calling to report it and the maintenance said THE OFFICE DOSENT WNAT TO ORDER THE PART S , theres molds and the wont do anything NOTHING ! We been living here 2 years and its horrible, and they are actually rude, if you aint in the contract they wont listen to you. I dont recommend, we are paying $1600 for a 3 bedroom, another family member pays $1400 for a 2 beds , when renewing they will add you. $300 more or $400 (and Wont fixs anything I live in building E12 and Im so really for my contract to end more ... hide ...
