Was late on a few payments with old landlords due to being out of work for 7 months due to Covid-19. (But paid rent) Then off for knee surgery in 2021, for a month. (But paid rent)They didnt except us due to a few late p ayments, even though rent was paid. They didnt care that my payments are on time now. Totally over looked the Covid situation. Even though no landlord is to punish you for that. It is the law. We were looking forward to moving. Never in my mind I believed this would happen. Disappointing. more ... hide ...

I moved in here in April. The apartment was nice for the first 5 months. Now we have mice or what looks to be rats. Took two weeks for anyone to show up to close a hole behind our kitchen sink which was not closed fully and now we have another in our kitchen. We can hear them in the wall. They need to be more on tact of fixing things. Apartment itself is nice just need more maintenance and things properly fixed.
