Omg !! Thank God Im out of these apartments.I stayed there 2 years and even though the apartments are reasonable in size. The rent goes up every 6 months to make it hard to manage or kee on a straight budget. The wal ls are so thin you hear everything. If you have small children these are not the apartments for you. Especially if you live underneath someone that is inconsiderate of there noise making while doing grown people actions. The many compliants I reported nothing seem to work. If you want a good night sleep forget it there was times neighbors was so loud I didnt go to sleep for a week straight. And I work in the health care long hours and early morning especially during covid.Yes the apartments are clean but a lot of people dont follow the smoking rule even though they try to enforce it.Other than the thin walls and rent going up every six months it was okay. But not ideal. Im just glad I got my sleep back and my rent doesnt go up as often . Or at all!! more ... hide ...

In the 3+ years i lived at sycamore gardens, I had experienced overwhelming personal difficulties including the death of a close friend, a divorce and my father being stricken with a deadly cancer which he amazingly over came. The staff at sycamore was always supportive and courteous and the maintenance guys were knowledgeable, helpful and timely. The grounds at sycamore were well maintained and parking was never an issue after they increased the lot in 2019. The close proximity to Cumberland farms was also a great convenience. Unfortunately I had to break my lease 9 months early and I still received my security in full. I thoroughly enjoyed living at sycamore gardens and Id give them 6 stars if I could. more ... hide ...

I moved in July 2019 and am very happy with the building and the view Im facing from my apartment. My neighbors are great. The apartments are spacious and have ample closet space. Izora Jones, The property Manager was very patient and professional with all the questions I asked. Gene the Super was very gracious to complete any minor issues I had in my unit after I moved in. The grounds are super clean, however, I wish other pet owners would clean up after their dogs. Otherwise, Im super happy to be living in this community:) more ... hide ...
