Lived there for two years long ago. Needed to move out and the office manager explained that her friend wanted to move in and take over my lease. I assumed it was the truth. I moved after signing paperwork showing tha t I was transferring my lease (guess they \"lost\" that) Apparently she was being dishonest. Found out years later that they had been taking me to court nonstop without having me served. The bills that I continue to get from their lawyer at my current address state that I have been served, but I have not. This company has taken me to court ten times over ten years, put liens on my accounts twice now. I actually just received another lien notice from their lawyer at my current address and upon looking at the court information found out again that I was never served although on their bill it shows I was (I have been at my current residence for 6 years so there is no way they dont have my address). I randomly receive lien notifications (the first one was a surprise from my bank) from their lawyer over something they most likely have written off years ago and been reimbursed, knowing damn well I havent been served, because I would love to go to court over it. How can you have the address to send bills, but not the address to have a person served? I have contacted the lawyer and he states they are not willing to work with me and that they do have my correct address. Hmmmmm. Also, upon speaking with other tenants that have resided here, find out that I am not alone. more ... hide ...

Uncle stayed here for a year. Once he complained that someone tried to break in and his screen had been cut. He told them that he wanted the screen replaced. They charged him for it. Then all of a sudden hes enemy #1. They found any thing and everything to complain about. They did not renew his lease. They said he had to many holes in the wall. Pictures hanging. Then family visited from out if town. They say he had a big party that spilled into the parking lot. 5 family members from NY. A big event OK. His friend from NC visited for 3 weeks while working. Management started asking random women if he was sexually harassing them. To top it off, my uncle went to ask the office manager about the allegations. He is partially paralyzed. He is in his wheel chair. She got really rude and told him everything is true. She said she had people watching him. Very nasty to him. If you have someone here, go there to check on them. I went everyday. I know they lied. I just dont know why. When his AC unit broke wet the carpet. Took 2 weeks to get someone to fix it. The unit smelled awful. I complained. She did not talk to me the way she did him. more ... hide ...

HORRIBLE! They give you specific dates and times for maintenance to fix certain issues in your home but NEVER fix those problems until months later. Even if its IMPORTANT! I emailed and called them countless of time s regarding a current issue in my townhome(apartment). They barely answer or get back with me. And when they do, they give me a SPECIFIC date and time when maintenance would come and fix the discrepancy but they NEVER come. This pattern been going on consistently for nearly a month in a half. But still, they expect for the rent to be paid on time.. If you are one day late, youll get a late fee of nearly $100.. Its basically their way or the highway. At least thats how it feels. Its completely unfair. Im just being honest ! more ... hide ...

This place is filled with roaches!!! I dont even invite people over my my home. Dont move here Im locked into a contact. I hate it here.. I cant wait until I can find some where else to move.. they keep t he outside like the grass cut so it can seem like its a good place but once you move in its a whole other world. These buildings are very old and my floor is uneven the floor creeps so bad.. Im just smh ¤¦¦ dont waste your time or money. Cuz you will get what you pay for more ... hide ...
