SCAM ALERT!! I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS! I had an appointment to view an apartment. I got there on time and called the leasing office and rang the doorbell with no answer. A couple minutes later, I get a text message to w alk to another building and someone will meet me. SUPER SKETCHY. I get to the unit where someone comes and just opens the door and leaves. THE UNIT WAS INCOMPLETE. There were holes in the wall, rust on the bathroom light, the kitchen didnt have a sink, the pipes were not installed, and there were cleaning supplies and a painters rug in the middle of the floor. Mind you, I am calling the office over and over again and still no one is answering. I am also texting with this mystery person who I later find out is the one who posted the advertisement and has nothing to do with on-site management. I finally get a call from the leasing office when I leave the premises and head to work. The women I spoke with hangs up on me after I told her I went back to work and am no longer at the unit. I have been calling non stop ever since. I DO NOT WANT THESE PEOPLE TO HAVE MY INFORMATION IF THEY CANNOT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN THEY SET AN APPOINTMENT. COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!! more ... hide ...

LOVE This place so far, Clean Quiet Community, Rental Office Controler Beckims Tenant service is A+++ this guy was an absolute pleasure to work with in getting our lease done, he was welcoming from the beginning grea t vibes I couldnt have expected more. Just recently met the maintenance guy Jaime who also continued the pleasant experience my wife and I have received so far, we were very lucky to have landed here at Hadley Woods, really appreciate Beckim and his teams service oh before I forget to mention, our apt is Outstanding, everything was shiny new, cabinets, toilets , appliances its just so nice my wife is very happy with our choice. Apartments are nice enough, but the office staff was terribly rude and never wanted to help. I had an ongoing issue with my upstairs neighbor, from the very 1st night I moved in, to the very last night I moved out....2 y ears. Nobody would do anything. I hated living there.
