They have been nothing but polite, respectful, genuine and very hard working ....I appreciate their kindness. HOWEVER take heed and be pre_pared for the expectations of deposits and fees on top of getting bills started etc ....make sure to ask many questions because once you believe you paid all you had to or needed to get started ....youre hit with the other stuff they failed to mention. I expressed my devestation on matters of not being aware of the extra funds only to be disregarded with a sorry cant help you attitude. The world is already in poverty struggling trying to survive...and when backed up in a corner whats quick to happen??? MORE crimes and loss considering ....some ppl know nothing else and desperately need a roof over their head or formula/ food for that baby etcIts not right to ever make anyone feel they have no other choice or expect the impossible from them unless you are gonna help them make it possible!! With that said programs that are built with a mission to help those in need should really show it better than what the statement says. Action is always sweeter when youre words line up with it. And for what it is worth pray and help the less fortunate in any way you can!! Pay it forward and build one another up!!! . You never know when Youre entertaining an angel. Housing has never been easier. Thank you to Carla and her assistant in the office. They are so welcoming and this community feels like a family. They go above and beyond to take care of their residents and keep the kids occupied and safe. Their maintenance team is quick and does the best they can with what they have at all times more ... hide ...
