When I expressed my disappointment about not knowing about these extra funds, I was disregarded with a 'sorry, I can't help you' attitude. The world is already suffering from poverty and distress, wondering how to make ends meet. When people are backed into a corner, what happens next? More crimes and losses. Sometimes, people are left with no other choice and are expected to do the impossible, unless someone steps in and assists them. Programs created to help those in need should demonstrate this through their actions, rather than just words. Always keep in mind that you should do good deeds and help those who are less fortunate.
