The place is good to live but there is a lot of things that the management and the owner is not good at all. I lived there for an year, all my maintenances were done on time.Coming to the issues, when I signed the lease I was told that I could do a month to month after the end of 1 year but they turned the back on me after the year ended.The worst thing that they did was instead of returning my security deposit they posted another $15 on top of what they should give me. After an year there is supposed to be some wear and tear and it is mentioned on the lease as well but they started penny picking things which meant that am not getting my deposit back.I had lived at multiple places and have never had anyone done this to me.Just giving a heads up that you will not get your money back. more ... hide ...

From the living situation on this is not the place for anyone. The cleanliness of the living facilities is less then non-existent. The residents are NOT treated with respect and staff is down right abusive. If you want s omeone to advance this is not the place to be. All they are is a cheap workforce. They are under staffed with questionable training with some being hired for positions they have no knowledge of or training in. more ... hide ...

Although I moved out 3 yrs ago after staying in this forsaken place for 5 1/2 long Praying yrs..I was ready to MOVE OUT THE FIRST DAY I MOVED IN.
