I am very impressed with this facility. My senior parent was recently referred here for physical therapy and occupational therapy services. The staff is very dedicated and very supportive of their recovery process follow ing weakness in their legs. I feel confident knowing my senior parent is in good hands. While she has stayed here I have witnessed very nutritious, balanced, and tasty meals served to her on a consistent basis. Nursing staff is very helpful and professional. Also two thumbs up for the cleanliness of this facility. The staff works diligently to keep this facilities rooms sanitary, and clean especially in conditions of todays times. more ... hide ...

FINE AT FIRST, THEN EDITH EDMOND WHO UNPROFESSIONALLY RUNS THE OFFICE , SITS AND PICKS AND CHOOSES WHO SHE WANTS TO HAVE CERTAIN RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR. SHE YELLED AT A 60 YR OLD MAN FOR TRYING TO SECURE A BIKE ON A P OLE NEAR THE BUILDING TO SIMPLY VISIT HIS 74 YR. OLD MOTHER THAT RESIDES IN THE BUILDING. SHE CALLS AND HARASSES THE TENANTS AND CONSTANTLY THREATENS THEM AND PUTS INFRACTIONS IN THEIR DOOR ACCUSING THEM OF THINGS WITH NO PROOF. NONE OF THE TENANTS HAVE ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS WOMAN. THE BUILDING COULD BE CLEANER AND RAN BETTER. NO STARS FROM ME BUT HAD TO RATE IT WITH ONE STAR AT LEAST. SHE MIGHT WANT TO TAKE A CUSTOMER SERVICE/COURTESY COURSE TO HELP HER DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC ESPECIALLY THE ELDERLY SINCE SHE DOESNT SEEM TO KNOW HOW TO. AND LASTLY PEOPLE VISITING RESIDENCE THERE ARE CONSIDERED RUDE IF THEY DONT BREAK THEY NECK TO SPEAK TO \"EDITH\", REALLY !!!!!!!!!!
