Yes I have lived in the greens at pine Hill for 6 years now. I live above an older lady with problems. She uses a broom and bangs on the ceiling. Living next to this woman has resulted with me having to check myself into the mental hospital twice already. The more you ignore her bangs the louder she gets. I call the cops five times a month. Stephanie and the property manager Tara silver are the worst. They say they cant move me because its my word against hers and her words against mine. And Ive been dealing with this for 6 years now. And the woman has called the cops on me 60 to 70 times herself like one time for my toilet running. Even after they fixed it she continued to call. The woman Stephanie and the property manager Tara silver will laugh in your face when you bring it to their attention. I must say the lady is funny. But when youre a property manager youre supposed to handle business. And The Greens at pine Hill office staff members are very unprofessional. And will make you wonder if they even graduated from high school. I wouldnt recommend this apartment complex whatsoever not even to my worst enemy. more ... hide ...

Poor management for up to two tenants apartments balconies are disgusting and broken when things are broken no one comes out. And if tenants ara maybe a couple days late on the rent an might need a day or two. They right away try to evict you. The management does not help when help is needed when things are broken they dont get fixed. Ive seen like 27 apartments with damage balcony that look like theyre going to fall apart and still the maintenance has not come to fix any of them. But they expect you to pay your rent on time. And they treat your tenants like garbage. Very unprofessional very poorly very dirty not a time of place I want my kids staying at. it also got signs all over the place saying the kids cant play in the grass. But they expect the children to play in the street which is very dangerous. I feel asso that the health inspector and the mayor should pay a visit to the complex to see how much terrible of a job that the corporation that runs the complex is doing. Its not a place that I would recommend any family or any loved ones that are over the age of 65 to live at. more ... hide ...
