I have resided in the Greens at Pine Hill for the past 6 years, located above an elderly woman with whom I have had difficulties. She employs a broom and hits the ceiling, and the more I try to ignore her, the louder she gets. She employs a broom and hits the ceiling, and the more I try to ignore her, the louder she gets. I have had to call the police 5 times a month because of her. Stephanie and the property manager, Tara Silver, are the worst; they claim that it is my word versus hers, and hers versus mine, so they cannot move me. Over the span of 6 years this woman has phoned the police on me a total of 60 to 70 times, even for something as minor as my toilet overflowing. Even after they repaired the issue, she still kept calling. Stephanie and Tara Silver would laugh in my face when I brought up my grievances. While the woman is quite amusing, Tara and Stephanie should be taking care of business as property managers. The staff at the Greens at Pine Hill office are incredibly unprofessional and it is questionable if they even graduated from high school. I would highly suggest nowhere near this apartment complex, not even to my most hated enemy. more ... hide ...
