My grandmother has lived here for 7 years and shes never been late on her rent or missed a payment. Recently her air conditioner has went out in her unit and it requires replacement. It has been one week and she still h as no AC and it is summer. She is 73 years old with an enlarged heart, COPD, emphysema and other health problems as well. She has inquired several times about when they will get the unit in to get it replaced because she does not want anyone going in her apartment without her being there. All she gets told is its been ordered and approved and they brought her a portable AC unit to use. The portable AC unit does not have a hose to send the hot air out of the unit so all it does is push around the hot air in the apartment which does no good. Now when she calls all she gets is voicemails and she leaves messages and gets no calls back whatsoever. These apartments are meant for disabled and elderly people which should make them a priority to get stuff fixed in their apartments. I understand that things take time to get in but an answer would be nice to know when she will have her AC fixed more ... hide ...
